employers control healthcare costs and gives employees access to the best

program includes an advanced analysis of the employer's population to identify
the cost drivers causing the plan's excess cost, and then follows up with world
class tools and services to control those costs.
The Healthcare Advisor
A suite of healthcare decision support tools that allow members to research and
compare a wide variety of health and provider information.

following factors: Clinical Quality and Experience, Patient Safety (for
certain procedures only), Reputation, and Characteristics.

- The PharmaAdvisor gives members easy access

decision making of dual plan option plans, HRA and HSA financial planning.
- Healthcare Advisor Search Engine - Members start by typing in a condition or illness. The search engine returns a page that links all the other Healthcare Advisor tools to the specific condition they are researching.
The Personal Wellness Advisor
A comprehensive wellness program designed to help employees live fuller, healthier lifes. This encompasses a Health Risk Assessment followed up with Healthy Living Programs along with the ability to incorporate a Rewards System.
The Personal Wellness Advisor begins with an online Health Risk Assessment (HRA), where the member answers questions and enters information about their medical history, biometrics (if known), lifestyle, diet, and readiness to change. The output of the HRA provides recommendations the member should consider making, and determines which Healthy Living Programs the employee should be enrolled in.
After completing the Health Risk Assessment, the member will be recommended to complete one or more Healthy Living programs. Each Healthy Living Program is six weeks in length, and gives the user a "virtual personal coach" through the duration of each program. Healthy Living Programs cover a wide range of needs, including nutrition, weight loss, stress management, several disease fighting programs, and others. As modules are completed and activities are logged, reward points are awarded.

Flexible Spending Advisor
A web tool that aids employees in maximizing the benefits of their flexible spending account. Included in this program is an FSA Calculator to estimate contributions and savings, a toll-free number and website to educate consumers on FSA benefits along with communication tools such as a DVD, posters and brochures.
Online Pharmacy
EBC's Online Pharmacy offers a convenient way of purchasing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) items at prices that are on average 10-14% lower than other retailers. Help control healthcare costs and help members get the most out of there FSA dollars by providing easy access to discounted medical supplies.

The PHE process offers an average Return on Investment of 5% of total plan claims expense. When used with the PHE Endorsed Provider Programs, PHE offers an average Return on Investment of up to 10% of total claims expense.
